Marketing Coordinator

mselect is looking for a Marketing Coordinator for a Travel agency client in Erbil, Iraq. Candidates must have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English, Arabic and Kurdish is a must.

Job Objective
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution of campaigns, and collaborating with strategic partners.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing information on travel options, pricing, availability, and package deals.
  • Conduct Research: Analyse customer behaviour, including purchasing habits, trends, and preferences.
  • Campaign Implementation: Design and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Online Tracking Systems: Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities.
  • Competitor Analysis: Identify and analyse competitors.
  • Sales Data Reporting: Prepare reports by collecting and analysing sales data.
  • Promotional Materials: Collaborate with the design department to create clear and compelling product marketing copy and promotional materials.
  • New Service Launch: Organize promotional activities for new services.
  • Forecasting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.

Requirements
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer, or similar role.
  • Marketing Tools: Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.
  • Research Skills: Experience with research methods using data analytics software.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid computer skills, including MS Office, and web analytics.
  • CRM and CMS Familiarity: Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Content Management System (CMS) software.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
