Key Responsibilities
- Develop Creative Visual Content: Create high-quality, visually appealing designs such as images, infographics, banners, posters, brochures, and other multimedia assets to support marketing campaigns and initiatives across websites, social media, email campaigns, and print media
- Brand Development for Clients: Collaborate with clients to understand their brand vision and develop unique brand identities, including logos, colour schemes, and overall visual style
- Conceptualize and Brainstorm: Work with the marketing team and clients to brainstorm and conceptualize innovative design ideas that align with brand objectives, target audience interests, and current trends
- Engage and Communicate: Ensure all designs effectively communicate key messages and drive audience engagement, adhering to clients' brand guidelines, voice, and tone standards
- Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously optimize content performance and enhance brand presence for clients
- Analyse and Optimize: Monitor and analyse design performance data to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with Creatives: Work closely with videographers, photographers, and other team members to ensure cohesive visual branding and messaging across all marketing platforms
- Coordinate and Source Content: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to source user-generated content, collaborate on design projects, and leverage cross-promotional opportunities
- Plan and Execute Campaigns: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to drive user participation, increase brand visibility, and generate buzz around brand initiatives
- Manage Projects: Adhere to deadlines and deliver high-quality work while managing multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects and campaigns
- Experience working in a marketing agency or digital media environment
- Experience in developing and maintaining brand identities for clients
- Proficiency in using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other content creation tools
- Strong knowledge of design principles, colour theory, typography, and layout techniques
- Familiarity with social media advertising principles and best practices, including targeting options, ad formats, and performance metrics
