JOB PURPOSE
Preparing the Operational & Financial Reports using the Macro Queries in Data Visualization Platforms, Designing/ establishing KPI based dashboards. (MS Business Intelligence, Power BI). Dealing with big data, tables, database extractions, Macro Writing in Excel Platforms, Super Queries, Power Pivot and If queries with advance formulations in Excel, SQL Platforms. (Vlook Up, Hlook Up, SumIfs, Sum Products, Countif, Median & Mod, Standard Deviation, etc...). Designing/ establishing KPI based dashboards for Medical / Non-Medical Departments with using of Data Intelligence Reporting Tools. Understanding the healthcare industry work-flows, process analyses. Develop analytic models to evaluate financial impact of business strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the hospital. The key responsibility for this position will be a core team player in the Business Analytic team. Position requires to provide support for incoming data requests, gathers user requirements and designs the functional specifications for analytical reports, dashboards or analysis. Develops reports and dashboards from multiple data sources using various software tools and reporting tools to identify and resolve data issues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with hospital teams to define detailed business requirements and design reporting specifications to support these requirements
- This will include performing data analysis on complex data sets to provide meaningful information and insight to internal management. Given the complexities of the distributed environment, the Data Analyst must be able to analyse areas creatively, successfully balance multiple priorities and demonstrate strong analytical skill
- Statistical analysis knowledge and skills using appropriate software, to facilitate data analysis. Working knowledge of Power BI Modules to visualize data. Ability to present data in creative and innovative ways appropriate to needs of specific audience
- Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to raise productivity, improve decision-making, and gain competitive advantage. Conducts business performance analysis on data and information to ensure correct predictive forecasting or classification in Hospital Operations
- Provides business analytics services such as data intelligence, market, customer research analysis, dashboards and scorecards creation to business units. Also, is responsible for developing reports, identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data set
REQUIREMENTS
- Holder of Bachelor of Science in either of the following specialties from Statistic, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Economics or Engineering Background
- At least (3) years or more related work experience, preferably in the healthcare sector, data analytics, data management, data engineering, big data, data visualization healthcare pricing, hospital management
