MSELECT is looking to hire a B2B Marketing Manager for an international Training organization in Lebanon. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and be fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Creating Visibility and Lead Generation
- Website Management
- Management and development of content and structure for the website to meet the needs of our clients and maximize visibility and conversion of traffic into leads and sales.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Management of SEO to generate targeted organic traffic
- Search Engine Advertising (SEA)
- Management of Google AdWords and Bing to generate leads for business lines in both Display and Search.
- Email and Database Marketing
- Planning and implementation of all email campaigns to generate leads for client businesses
- Develop and Implement a growth strategy for the Database
- Lead Generation Events
- Manage the marketing and support the logistics of lead generation events through the company region
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Managing company accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter in order to create visibility and generate leads, as well as monitoring and inter-acting with company client’s social media presence.
Content Development
- Generate outstanding and relevant content in a variety of formats including videos, articles, webinars, social media content etc by working closely with company Faculty,Staff and external partners
Marketing Materials
- Manage the development (with external resources) and update of marketing materials to support the company business lines including brochures, catalogues, flyers
Key tools used in the role include
- Google Analytics & Webmaster tools, Google AdWords, WordPress, Microsoft Office Programmes, Photoshop / Paint.Net, Salesforce & Pardot etc.
Skills and Experience Required
- A degree or related qualification in marketing or digital marketing
- Ideally have experience with B2B Marketing in a SME
- Experience of working with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEO and Email Marketing.
- Be able to think outside the box, keeping up to date with marketing trends and mar-keting tools and utilizing these to innovate and grow
