Our Board is responsible for setting the purpose and values for mselect.
Leveraging their years of experience in scaling international businesses, the Board provides expertise in strategic development, growth plans, risk mitigation, and strong and effective systems of corporate governance across the company.
Hal Miran is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of mselect and is responsible for the company’s value creation and growth strategy across all of mselect’s regions. Together with the Board and Senior Leadership Team, he concentrates on expansion opportunities while maintaining the Company’s ethos of Highest Standards and Trusted Results.
Previously, Hal Miran held positions in financial institutions including Capital International, followed by ABN AMRO, RBS and HSBC.
Andy Ryan has over 15 years of experience in the staffing sector across multiple geographies and industries. As a member of mselect’s board, Andy focuses on building long-term strategic growth and is responsible for driving the performance of the business across all business segments.
Previously Senior Vice President and Board Member of Airswift, Andy helped grow the business from $110m USD in revenue to in excess of $1Bn USD servicing the world’s largest Energy, Process and Infrastructure companies as well as pioneering the Group’s Global Mobility Services offering.
Duncan Gregson is a seasoned staffing industry specialist with over 20 years experience in the sector. From 2008 through 2015 he was the Group CEO at Air Energi, a global recruitment and workforce solutions provider to the Energy, Process and Infrastructure sectors, with over 40 offices worldwide and operating in over 50 countries.
The group then went on to complete a merger with Swift Worldwide Resources, a competitor of similar scale, to create AirSwift. Prior to that he was Group Financial Director at NES Group, a competing international recruitment business. His primary focus is on supporting the development and implementation of mselect’s growth strategies.
