HR Manager

mselect is looking to hire an HR Manager for an international electronics manufacturing client in Erbil. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HR field and be fluent in Arabic, Kurdish, and English.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop, implement and maintain effective HR policies and standards in IRAQ branch
  • Report to management and provide decision support according to local labour law and HR metrics
  • Oversee and manage different requests from all dept and employees and provide full support timely
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Manage different HR functionalities: Recruitment, Onboarding, training, attendance, payroll, promotions, discipline, performance appraisal
  • Manage the HR team and assess the overall local HR dept performance to continuously improve
 
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR field
  • Perfect knowledge of HR practices and functions, of applicable laws and Regulations in IRAQ (North and south), of administrative and clerical procedures at work
  • Bachelor or Master degree in HR, administration, or any other relevant field of studies
  • Perfect spoken, written and read English level
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High sense of professionalism, responsibility and initiative
  • Perfect knowledge of pack office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT)
