MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
HSE:
- Drives HSE performance in accordance with Company objectives, demonstrates HSE leadership
- Ensure Company HSE objectives are achieved
- Support and encourage the establishment of an HSE culture within the team through a proactive attitude (training, HSE Site visit, HSE meetings and incentive actions, etc.), stop dangerous situations, report anomalies and dangerous acts, follow Company Golden Rules
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules that outline tasks, milestones, deadlines and their baselines
- Identify potential delays, analyse and propose corrective actions to ensure compliance with the baseline schedule
- Liaise with Project Planners and Affiliate Planners, Activity Owners, Managers to deliver accurate interface and integrated plans
- Assist in resolving issues related to interface/integrated planning conflicts and challenges in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
- Prepare “what-if” plans with different scenarios to support the decision-making process
- Monitor the performance and drive improvement of Key Performance Indicators
- Participate in preparation of monthly and other periodic planning meetings and reports
- Run regular Project Planning and Scheduling meetings
- Active participation to Affiliate planning meetings, IOP, Projects Scheduling meeting
- Work closely and support the cost team with schedule and progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in Geographical Information Systems, Geosciences or Information Management disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in development of energy and renewables projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office in particular MS Excel, MS Project. Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.
- Planning and Project Management skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
- A sound understanding of safety protocols.
- Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English, Excellent English Writing and Negotiation Strong teamwork ethic and with a collaborative approach 10-15 years of experience in the oil industry, with significant experience in similar position
