KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Establish and enforce quality control standards for goods and services
- Implement measures to identify and resolve any quality issues
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of operations staff

- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Implement and leverage technology solutions for improved tracking and visibility
- Explore and adopt new technologies that enhance operational efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 8 years in operation management within the logistics and shipping industry
- Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of the logistics industry
- Additionally, staying updated on industry trends and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement
