Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the office
 - Follow established office workflow procedures to optimize efficiency in daily operations
 - Maintain accurate files and records using effective filing systems for easy retrieval of information
 - Provide administrative assistance to other teams and departments as needed, ensuring smooth operations
 - Review, summarize, prioritize, and expedite daily issues requiring top-level attention and response
 - Manage stock levels for refreshments and stationery, ensuring availability and timely requests
 - Monitor and receive requested items, maintaining a well-organized inventory system
 - Schedule routine meetings and coordinate travel arrangements and hotel bookings on a daily basis
 - Assist in coordinating health insurance claims on a daily basis
 - Follow up on the schedule of cleaning staff on a daily basis
 - Perform additional responsibilities typically associated with an Administrator/ Office role
 
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of teamwork principles
 - Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, Business, or a related field
 - Self-motivated, quick learner with a can-do attitude
 - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with great attention to detail
 - Proficiency in computer skills and administrative tasks
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
 - Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic languages at a very good level
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
