mselect is looking to hire a Recruitment Coordinator for an FMCG client in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR department. Fluency in English, Arabic and Kurdish is a must.

Job Purpose:
  • Recruitment Coordinator is support recruiting and onboarding activities
  • Also, responsibilities include scheduling calls and interviews, maintaining candidate database and handling paperwork., Help hiring efficiently and keep our hiring process running

Key Accountabilities:
  • Performing recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews, updating the calendar accordingly, answering phone calls, and monitoring emails
  • Assist recruiters by sourcing resumes, interviewing candidates to fill the staffing requirements for offshore, corporate, and division operations as business conditions dictate
  • Prepare and post job ads online
  • Working closely with the human resources department to maintain the candidate database and handle any relevant paperwork
  • Organize HR departments documentation according to company`s standards
  • Entry data and updating HR information system (HRIS). On Oddo HR system
  • Providing reports and data to line manager
  • Filling positions within an organization
  • Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization
  • Developing own network of suitable candidates
  • Drafting and posting job descriptions
  • Participating in the process of Interviewing candidates
  • Preparing job offers and contracts
  • Updating and using Manpower plan sheet (workforce planning) on daily basis
  • Onboarding the new employees
  • Any other related duty that asked by superior

Knowledge Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum bachelor's in administrative field or any other related area
  • Training course in administrative and management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Minimum 2 years continues experience in HR department
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office
  • Excellent in Arabic and Kurdish skill and very good in English language skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
  • Possibility to travel to the cities of Iraq
