Job Objective
To contribute to generating sales for our company for trading products for Signage and Interior Finishes. This role’s main focus is on to develop leads to grow a business, work directly with customers to recommend services to fit their needs
Responsibilities
- Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each client to recommend appropriate goods and services
- Develop a rapport with clients, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times
- Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales assistant experience
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
