Job Description
Has the ability to explain and sell the company's services (Real Estate Services and Immigration Services) in an excellent and convincing way, provide guidance and consultancy to the clients with the best solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling the interested clients
- Meeting with clients to determine requirements needed
- Handling phone inquiries for interested clients
- Follow up with existing clients
- Close the deals with potential clients
- Works align with operation department on the client's case
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through a combination of networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our services to provide accurate information and solutions to clients
- Conduct consultations to analyse potential clients' needs, desires, and pain points, offering tailored solutions that match our service portfolio
- Present, and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business and referrals, maintaining a detailed database of contacts, interactions, and sales stages
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and share best practices in sales techniques
Requirements
- Excellent spoken & Written English is a must
- Excellent Communication skills
- 5 – 8 years' experience
