mselect is looking to hire a Sales Executive for a real estate client in Erbil, Iraq. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English, Kurdish and Arabic is a must.
JOB SUMMARY
As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in advancing our leasing strategies, working closely with the Sales Manager. This role demands a dynamic professional who excels at building relationships, conducting market research, engaging effectively with potential clients, and swiftly addressing client inquiries. You will be expected to collaborate seamlessly with team members to achieve collective goals and contribute positively to our team dynamics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing leasing strategies for our luxury plaza
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and concerns
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations on the plaza’s offerings
Respond to customer queries and resolve objections to facilitate purchases
Maintain relationships with potential high-end tenants, including luxury retail and fine dining restaurants
Create and deliver reports on sales and financial data regularly
Ensure the availability of promotional materials and stock for sales demonstrations
Participate in exhibitions and conferences on behalf of the company
Negotiate/close deals, handle complaints, and manage objections effectively
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales results
Gather and relay feedback from customers or prospects to internal teams
Conduct property tours to showcase the unique features and benefits of the project
Maintain accurate records of all sales and leasing activities
Ensure all sales activities uphold the company’s brand values and standards of excellence
Demonstrate strong IT and numerical skills to manage sales data and customer information efficiently
Good Emotional Intelligence Skills
REQUIREMENTS
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
Years of Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in real estate sector
Job specific skills:
Demonstrated ability and desire to sell, coupled with excellent communication skills
A positive, confident, and determined approach with resilience and the ability to handle rejection
High degree of self-motivation and ambition with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Capability to thrive in a competitive environment and maintain a good level of numeracy
Full driving license
Fluency in additional foreign languages is beneficial, especially in an international company setting
Strong IT and numerical skills to efficiently manage sales data and customer information
Proficient in the use of CRM systems to effectively manage client relationships and sales processes
Fluency in English, Kurdish and Arabic is a must
