mselect is hiring a Sales Manager for a manufacturing client in Erbil. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in high-end interior design manufacturing or construction projects. Fluency in English, Arabic and Kurdish is a must.

Job Summary:
As the Sales Manager for our esteemed high-end interior design manufacturing partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and ensuring success. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse array of tasks and strategies. Here is an overview of what your role will involve:
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities for expansion or product development
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with the company's objectives. This may involve setting sales targets, formulating pricing strategies, and defining distribution channels
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and sustain robust relationships with existing clients. Ensure their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products
  • New Business Development: Identify and target potential new clients or markets. This could encompass attending trade shows, networking events, or forging partnerships with other industry players
  • Product Development: Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to guarantee that the company's products meet the exacting demands of the high-end market. This may involve creating custom designs or special editions
  • Sales Team Management: Should your company have a sales team, you will be responsible for their recruitment, training, and management. Ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel
  • Marketing: Work in tandem with the marketing department to craft compelling marketing materials and campaigns showcasing our high-end interior design products. This could include brochures, catalogs, and establishing an online presence
  • Budget Management: Develop and oversee the sales and marketing budget in collaboration with the GM, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve set objectives
  • Client Feedback and Improvement: Solicit feedback from clients and leverage it to make continual enhancements to our products and services. High-end clients often have specific and evolving needs
  • Reporting and Analytics: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for senior management. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that our products and sales practices comply with all pertinent regulations and standards in the interior design industry
  • Negotiation and Contracts: Negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners. Ensure that agreements are mutually beneficial and legally sound
  • Regional Expansion: If applicable, explore opportunities for expanding into regional markets, taking into consideration cultural differences and market dynamics
  • Customer Service Excellence: High-end clients expect nothing less than exceptional customer service. Set and uphold elevated standards for client satisfaction
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the business and formulate strategies to mitigate them

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Business Management)
  • Over 5 years of experience in Business and Sales Development, preferably in Retail, Design Manufacturing, and Projects

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic, and Kurdish
  • Willingness to travel across various cities
