KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the on boarding of National and expatriate staff
- Follow up on visa process and related documents for expatriate staff and ensure
- Collect on boarding documents for National staff
- Liaise with local agencies to provide on boarding documents for National contractors
- Support the recruitment team in communication with candidates
- Support HR data back office in updating expatriate files
- Follow up Fitness to Work certificates for all staff
- Liaise with security team for Oil clearance certificates for staff
- Assist HR back office in the preparation of monthly and quarterly mobilization reports
- Update mobility data for expatriate staff
- Provide expatriate briefing in preparation for mobilization in Iraq
- Liaises with local staff for necessary documentation on various processes
- Carry out regular data cleaning/update to ensure accuracy of the employees’ data on HR4U
- Maintain shared files and team documents in SharePoint
- Assist the Talent Developer (TD) in liaison with Headquarter (HQ) regarding expatriate mobilization
- Follow up on inductions and mandatory training for the new staff
- Coordinate the provision of equipment and any other requirements for new commers with the other divisions
- Create IGG/ I.Ds for new commers
- Participate in the preparation and review of job descriptions for external use
- Support the recruitment and interview process for local staff as may be required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Human resources or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human resources career management specifically
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of English language (speaking and writing)
