We are incredibly proud to announce that mselect is providing technical workforce for the Ras Laffan Petrochemical Project, a world-scale integrated polymer complex in Qatar.
mselect to provide the workforce for the Ras Laffan Petrochemical Project
The $6 billion Ras Laffan Petrochemical Project is currently under construction and is expected to be in production by late 2026. At that point, the 435-acre site, a joint venture between Chevron Phillips and Qatar Energy, will likely be the largest petrochemical project in Qatar, if not the Middle East and the world.
A project of this scale needs a dedicated workforce with critical skills to ensure the project is productive, efficient, and safe. mselect's role in this project will be to recruit and outsource white-collar professionals across disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
Using our extensive network of skilled candidates, we will provide all the white-collar staff needed to make the timeline work. Our end-to-end workforce provision will include the roles across levels.
We will also handle immigration, work visas, and relocations for foreign workers and post-placement support for all workers. Our team will also provide a dedicated and experienced response team to tackle any workforce challenges or opportunities as they arise.
mselect anticipates a smooth recruitment and onboarding process for the Ras Laffan Petrochemical Project and has already set a timeline for service provision. As the project takes shape, mselect will revise its plan to intensify recruitment searches for phased starts in essential teams. A holistic approach will ensure the right staff are available at the right time to hit the ground running as the project becomes a thriving industrial plant.
We hope to have more news as the project develops, which we will announce here on our website.
