  • Emotional intelligence components: Self-awareness, empathy, and social awareness

  • Strategies for applying EQ during conflicts

Session 4: Conflict Resolution Strategies & Communication Skills

  • Step-by-step strategies for conflict resolution

  • Active listening and assertive communication exercises

  • Role-playing common workplace conflict scenarios

Day 2: Problem-Solving Skills & Practical Application
