JOB OBJECTIVE
The primary objective of this role is to register data in Al-Aseel systems, ensuring compliance with legal and tax obligations the incumbent will oversee financial and payment/collection processes in accordance with legal regulations and company procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts
- Develop financial reporting systems
- Analyse market trends to identify business opportunities and maximize profits
- Prepare official and managerial reports to ensure effective control of global logistics operations
- Aid management in financial decisions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial systems
- Track declaration submission processes to ensure accurate accounting
- Prepare periodic VAT and Sales Tax Declarations
- Direct financial planning and strategy
- Analyse and report on financial performance
- Oversee audit and tax functions
- Develop and implement accounting policies
- Prepare forecasts and comprehensive budgets
- Review departmental budgets
- Assess, manage, and minimize risk
- Analyse complex financial data
- Manage internal controls
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in financial role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Language Requirement: Fluency in English and Kurdish.
- Strong understanding of financial systems and business administration.
- Proficiency in financial management duties including data generation, report compilation, and analysis of industry trends.
- Oversight of finance department operations and development.
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a professional appearance.
- Knowledge of software packages.
- Ability to adapt to changes in responsibilities.
