Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll, inventory cost management, financial reporting, legal compliance, cash collections, record keeping, and handling accounts payable and receivable. The candidate should be proficient in English and familiar with ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Process employee payroll accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations
- Monitor and manage inventory costs
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Provide financial reports to management as needed
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Implement and maintain internal finance controls
- Manage cash collections and maintain accurate financial records
- Reconcile accounts and prepare documentation for audits
- Process invoices and payments
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in accounting or a similar role
- Previous experience in wholesale of home electronics is a plus
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
