Job Purpose
Manage customer accounts and invoices for the sale of residential units. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, a keen attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of real estate sales contracts and payment schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage invoices efficiently
- Review and verify sales contracts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of payment terms
- Analyze and review payment schedules
- Record receipts against corresponding invoices
- Maintain precise records of all invoices, payments, and credits
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices
- Prepare collection reports for residential units
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
