Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, schedule meetings, and general secretarial tasks including writing correspondence, memos, and reports
- Preparing Sales and Management Expenses. Maintain expense records with receipts where the originals are required later
- Track and maintain a complete list and numbering of fixed assets
- Track and maintain a list of vendors, suppliers and list of customers. Ensure KYC & KYS process completed.
- Answering phone calls, emails and inquires, also maintain & update social media apps.
- Provides necessary support for Accountant, auditors, and other company / visitors
- Responsible for documents control log and coordinate events
- Responsible for the timely renewal of Trade license, Immigration card, Tenancy agreement
- Handling admin related purchases for office, warehouse, travel tickets, hotel booking
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration
- Must have 3 to 5 years of company administration Experience
- Fluency in English (verbal and written), Arabic
- Thorough Computer Skills in Microsoft Office
