JOB SUMMARY
A Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role by supporting the sales team in various administrative and coordination tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Processing:
- Receive and process sales orders from the sales team and customers.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of orders into the system.
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on product availability, order status, and delivery schedules.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues.
- Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
- Verify the accuracy of sales orders and related documentation.
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to manage stock and coordinate to handover the shipments to consignee.
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments to schedule deliveries.
- Track shipments and provide customers with real-time updates on their orders.
- Ensure that all shipping and delivery processes comply with company policies and regulations.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
- Provide sales representatives with necessary information and support to help them achieve their targets.
- Generate and maintain sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to the sales team and management on sales activities and performance.
- Update and maintain customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Ensure the accuracy of customer records and sales data.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless business processes.
- Attend meetings with the sales team to discuss strategies and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the sales coordination function.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for enhancing customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to sales and logistics.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of sales experience
