Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages in our innovative kiosk setting, ensuring consistency and exceptional customer experiences
- Engage with customers to share your enthusiasm for coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, enhancing their experience
- Collaborate with Volunteer Kurdistan staff to support events, programs, and community projects
- Assist with setup, clean up, stocking, and food handling to maintain a clean and inviting workspace
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to a flexible schedule, including early mornings
- Adherence to local and state regulations for food handling (Food Handler's Card where required)
- Preferred experience of 1+ year in food service or hospitality
- Dedication to cleanliness, customer service, and product quality
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous barista or customer service experience is a plus
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and comfort in managing busy shifts
