Job Objective
A commercial manager leads a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building their team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing sales and collection objectives
- Meeting planned sales goals
- Access to the costumer
- Preparing sales report
- Customers follow up order
- Customer satisfaction report on product quality and delivery
- Follow up on financial collection from the customer
- Achieving collection target
- Looking for new potential customer
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
- Promoting the organization and products
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
- Any other tasks assigned by his line manager
Requirements, Skills, and Qualification:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Accountant, Food Industry or related field
- Experience in implementing sales strategies
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Experience managing and directing a sales team
- Excellent written sales report and verbal communication skills
- Dedication to providing great customer service
- Ability to lead a sales team
- Experience in customer relationship management. At least 2 years in same market or relative
- Experience managing and directing a sales team. At least +2 years
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Arabic, English , Kurdish)
