mselect is looking to hire a Digital Technology Onsite Support for an international FMCG client in Erbil. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Fluency in English is a must Kurdish and Arabic are preferred.
JOB OBJECTIVE
Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Defines, develops, configures and support all computer applications
- Works to continually improve the quality and efficiency of IT Solution
- Develops and prepares computer solutions
- Oversees implementation, support and inventory control of applications
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems
- Respond to email messages for customers seeking help
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
- Install computer peripherals for users
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
- Gain feedback from customers about computer usage
- Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIREMENT
- Highly analytical
- 1 year experience
- Good communication skills
- Able to lead and manage technology systems and cross-functional projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Upper Intermediate in English (and local language if an expat)
