mselect  are seeking a results-driven Direct Hire Recruitment Manager to be based in our Qatar  or Dubai  office with hands-on experience in leading or managing recruitment teams, particularly within the energy process, infrastructure, or IT sectors in the Middle East. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in billing and managing small teams, along with a deep understanding of the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment targets and meet client requirements
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent within the Energy Process, Infrastructure, and IT sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and candidate engagement
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand the company's client base and market presence within the designated sectors
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to team members to enhance their recruitment skills and performance
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding processes
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions accordingly
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices in recruitment to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on direct hire placements within the Energy Process, Infrastructure, or IT sectors in the Middle East
  • Proven experience in billing and leading small recruitment teams to achieve targets and deliver results
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
