Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Performing minor accounting duties
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Handling office Management duties
- Making travel arrangements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in administrative position, preferred in similar environment
- Past exposure to executive management level
- Great interpersonal skills with strong leadership
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full command of the English and the local language
- Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills
