mselect is looking to hire a Faculty and Content Supervisor for an educational client in Erbil, Iraq. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in curriculum development, faculty management, or academic leadership. Fluency in English and Kurdish is a must.

Job Purpose
The Faculty and Content Supervisor is responsible for the strategic development, management, and oversight of all educational content and faculty engagement. This role will ensure the highest standards of curriculum design, instructional quality, and faculty performance to deliver world-class leadership education to our participants. The Supervisor will collaborate closely with the senior managers to shape the academic vision and content strategy that aligns with the program's mission to cultivate exceptional leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of the training curriculum, ensuring it is innovative, relevant, and aligned with current leadership theories and practices 
  • Oversee the integration of diverse content formats, including case studies, simulations, experiential learning, and digital resources, to enhance participant engagement and learning outcomes 
  • Ensure the curriculum meets the needs of a diverse cohort, from emerging leaders to senior executives, and addresses global leadership challenges 
  • Recruit, evaluate, and retain a diverse and highly qualified faculty team, including both full-time instructors and guest lecturers 
  • Provide leadership and support to faculty members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional development 
  • Organize and conduct regular faculty development programs, workshops, and peer reviews to maintain and enhance teaching effectiveness 
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports the program's educational goals and enhances its reputation as a leader in leadership training 
  • Identify emerging trends and best practices in leadership education and integrate them into the curriculum and instructional practices 
  • Lead the adoption of new technologies and digital platforms to support innovative teaching and learning methods 
  • Establish and oversee rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of content delivery and faculty performance 
  • Regularly assess program outcomes, participant feedback, and market trends to inform continuous improvement initiatives 
  • Report on program effectiveness to senior leadership, recommending strategic adjustments as necessary 
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including industry leaders, academic institutions, and alumni, to enrich the program's content and expand its impact 
  • Represent the program at conferences, workshops, and other events to build partnerships and enhance its visibility 
  • Manage the budget for faculty and content development, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support the program’s strategic priorities
  • Secure and manage external funding, grants, and sponsorships to support innovative projects and initiatives

Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in leadership, Business, or a related field from distinguished world class universities  
  • The applicants must have completed their undergraduate studies in internationally credible universities with high global reputation and ranking  
  • 10 years of experience in curriculum development, faculty management, or academic leadership 
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality educational content for diverse learners 
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and guide faculty and staff towards achieving strategic goals 
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders 
  • Experience in leveraging technology for educational purposes, including online learning platforms and digital content creation 
  • Familiarity with global leadership challenges and cross-cultural leadership development 
  • Strong network within the education community 
  • A deep understanding of current trends and challenges in education and a passion for developing the next generation of leaders 
  • Fluent in English and Kurdish
