JOB SUMMARY
The Franchise Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the franchise and increase profitability. The role requires a solid background of F&B experience and skills to develop and maintain a strong understanding of franchising and experience in sales, marketing, and operations management to help the company make sound business decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Franchise strategies
- The franchise manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the franchise and increase profitability. This includes analyzing market trends and customer needs, developing marketing and advertising campaigns, and collaborating with franchisees to improve operations
- The franchise manager is responsible for recruiting new franchisees and providing training and support to ensure they are prepared to operate the franchise successfully. This includes providing guidance on financial management, sales techniques, and customer service
- The franchise manager is the main point of contact for franchisees and is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with them. This includes reviewing the franchise agreements and providing ongoing support and guidance to the franchise system, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring that franchisees are adhering to the franchise system's policies and procedures
- The franchise manager is responsible for monitoring the performance of franchise locations and ensuring that they are meeting or exceeding performance targets. This includes analyzing financial data, conducting site visits, and providing feedback and support to franchisees to improve their performance
- The franchise manager is responsible for ensuring that franchise locations are maintaining the brand's standards for products, services, and customer experience. This includes developing brand guidelines, monitoring compliance with those guidelines, and addressing any issues or concerns
- The franchise manager works closely with other departments within the franchise system, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure that franchise operations are aligned with overall company goals and strategies
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in business management, preferably in the Food and beverage industry
- You should have excellent management skills, including the ability to manage a team, budgeting, marketing, and customer service
- You should have strong communication skills to effectively communicate with franchisees, team members, and customers
- You should have a deep understanding of business operations, financial analysis, and marketing strategies
- As a franchise manager, you will have to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Therefore, you should be able to multitask effectively and handle the pressure of the job
