Responsibilities:
- Assess client requirements and provide expert technical advice and solutions
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated and scalable solutions
- Conduct system performance evaluations and make recommendations for improvements
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and processes
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Technical Engineer, Systems Administrator, or similar role
- Should have knowledge in Dell System, HPE, VMware, Veeam, Cisco, Microsoft
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and hardware components
- Proficiency in programming languages, scripting, and automation tools
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, or Microsoft are a plus
- Years of experience 2 to 4 years
