MSELECT is looking to hire a Key Account Manager for an international training organization in Lebanon. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and be fluent in English.
JOB OBJECTIVE
This role’s main focus is on business development on a portfolio of accounts, to follow up leads generated by marketing to generate sales and to use marketing data to identify business opportunities and future sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales activity thanks to visits of clients and contacts
- Creation and development of numerous new relations
- Identify further volume of business opportunities within accounts
- Develop an outline plan for each of the accounts on an annual basis
- Undertake leader account management for each assigned account by developing a broad relationship with all key business influencers and decision makers
- Work closely with colleagues, sales and operations and marketing
Skills and Experience:
- Have a first experience in B2B sales of services to senior management of international companies
- Understanding of KAM processes
- Able to identify decision making patterns contacts and influence at appropriate levels and then to utilize appropriate experts for substantiation of customer requirements, with effective coordination of internal support
- Be able to act as a member of a virtual team, with a track record of achieving results through personal planning and implementation

Key Competencies:
- Fluency in English is a must; other languages like French, Dutch and/or Arabic are a plus
- Business understanding with the ability to see big picture and focus on key business issues

- Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Mobile and willing to travel
