Job Objective
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution of campaigns, and collaborating with strategic partners.
Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing information on travel options, pricing, availability, and package deals.
- Conduct Research: Analyse customer behaviour, including purchasing habits, trends, and preferences.
- Campaign Implementation: Design and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Online Tracking Systems: Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities.
- Competitor Analysis: Identify and analyse competitors.
- Sales Data Reporting: Prepare reports by collecting and analysing sales data.
- Promotional Materials: Collaborate with the design department to create clear and compelling product marketing copy and promotional materials.
- New Service Launch: Organize promotional activities for new services.
- Forecasting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer, or similar role.
- Marketing Tools: Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.
- Research Skills: Experience with research methods using data analytics software.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid computer skills, including MS Office, and web analytics.
- CRM and CMS Familiarity: Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Content Management System (CMS) software.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
