MSELECT is looking to hire a Mobile Application Admin for an IT Solutions client in Erbil. Candidates must have minimum 1 year of IT experience in running a functional mobile application. Fluency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish is a must.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run the admin panel of the mobile app
- Add/remove items from the app
- Answer the phone of the clients when they call
- Track drivers and communicate with them
- Communicate with suppliers when needed
- Check the application on daily bases looks for bugs
- Take photos of products & edit them to be up loadable
- Managing the social media of the application
- Run social media (Facebook, Instagram, Snap, LinkedIn. etc.)
KEY SKILLS
- Excellent skill of using computer and smart devices
- Able to manage admin panels of mobile applications and websites
- Mobile application testing and bug detecting
- Basic knowledge of coding language and app design
- Excellent skill of using MS office
- Excellent skill of using Adobe products
- Able to take photographs
- Able to edit photographs and use Photoshop
- Good customer services skills in person and on the phone
- Capable of multitasking
- Good communication skill
- Good use of social media and able to run them
- Good sense of directions and map understanding
- Flexibility of his duties and personality is a must
- Arabic, English and Kurdish fluency
- Minimum of 1-year of previous similar work is required
