mselect is looking to hire a National Marketing Manager for an automotive client based in Baghdad, Iraq. Candidate must have minimum experience of 7-10 years in brand management or senior marketing position in luxury automotive industry and 5 years in a leadership role. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
Role Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for the business development of the company by increasing the market share, developing a brand identity and delivering effective marketing and communications related activities
- Manage and maintain the activities and operations pertaining to marketing at client company including planning, budgeting, reviewing and approving major decisions, and coordinating activities
- Be the coordination person with the marketing agency which client company has and to coordinate the events and promotions with the help of a major automotive company in Iraq
Role Requirements
- BSc degree in marketing and business administration
- Experience 7-10 years in brand management or senior marketing position in luxury automotive industry and 5 years in a leadership role
- Must have the ability to increase brand awareness, inspire growth and drive vehicle sales and after sales activities
- Should have excellent communication skills, negotiation skill, and analytical skills
- Should be a self-motivated and result- oriented person
- Should have a strong leadership management skill, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver results
- Previous experience in the MENA region is essential
- Strong proficiency in English & Arabic language is a must
- Should be flexible to travel across various cities in Iraq
