JOB PURPOSE
Chief lead and in-house expert in converting global long range (5+ yrs.) Strategic Workforce Plans into Operational Shorter Term (<1 yr.) Workforce Plans. Correspondingly ensuring standardized mechanisms and methodologies for their development, central collection/capture (in tools like SAP), alignment, reviews and approvals by executive Governance Bodies in Quarterly/Semi Annual forums. Ensure actual implementation of SWP plans continuously, as well as alignment with relevant stakeholders on Workforce Budgets, which includes aspects such as location footprint, Job Level distribution, Workforce Cost structure etc. Ensure workforce optimization programs in workforce are realized and tracked. Create signals and options based on scenario analyses and forecasts to CEO, Corporation EXCOM and Corporation Executives for operational workforce decisions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead development and implementation of robust Operational WP process which includes development of OWP methodology for Corporation to articulate their near-term plans ensuring a direct connection to SWP. Aspects of methodology to include 12 months forecasting of buy (hire), build (learning), borrow (third party), bind (retain) and Transform (automation and other) based on SWP (Long term plan). This including development, aligning, communicating, and adjustment of the process, new technology design/change including the setting up of tools, templates, reconciliation logic, data governance etc.
- Oversee and ensure plans and baselines from SBUs/ Finance/ HRBP are captured, reviewed, finalized and approved by the executives including Corporation EXCOM, CEO, CHRO and Finance executives. This includes tracking and reporting the realization of workforce optimization programs and plans
- Lead facilitation of OWP process and related activities in close partnership with relevant function executive leadership teams, SWP, Finance and HRBP Obtain relevant approvals and direction for changes from CEO and EXCOM including clarifying impact of SWP
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business or Finance, HR or related field
- 10 years+ of experience in related fields, especially related to workforce planning and business transformation, finance, controllership or governance
- HR Data handling (especially headcount data and tree structures), HR operations or accounting related fields, highly preferred
- Must be fluent in English

- Ability to influence, collaborate and manage divergent expectations/requirements of users
