Position Overview
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Officer to join our team, with a primary focus on managing corporate client accounts. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of travel arrangements, compliance with corporate policies, and delivering outstanding service to our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize travel itineraries to align with corporate client policies and budgets
- Negotiate and secure corporate rates with hotels, airlines, and service providers
- Provide support for corporate clients, ensuring prompt response to inquiries and emergencies
- Facilitate group bookings and coordinate logistics for corporate events and conferences
- Implement and streamline approval workflows to ensure compliance with corporate travel policies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and innovations to offer valuable insights to clients
- Assist in developing safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of Travellers
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Travel Agent
- Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travelling
- Good language skills, English, Kurdish and Arabic as a Plus
- Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
- Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
