Responsibilities
- The Procurement Specialist is responsible for overseeing the procurement process for clinical supplies, which includes working with the departments to define needs, sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms
- They work closely with internal departments to assess procurement needs and specifications, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations throughout the process
- Additionally, they monitor inventory levels, identify opportunities for cost savings, and maintain meticulous procurement records and documentation
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical procurement
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or business-related field (preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
