mselect is looking for a Product Manager for an International Pharmaceutical Client in Baghdad. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the related field. Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
ROLE OBJECTIVE
The Product Management job is to manage the existing product line of the pharmaceutical organization, brand establishment and brand building and also new product launching and strategy for pipeline products and execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Successfully bringing new products (or services/brands) to market
- Ensuring the ongoing success of existing products over their lifecycle
- Orchestrating all functional areas that impact the development, manufacturing, sales, and support of products
Inbound Responsibilities (Creating value)
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Understand the market and competition for the product
- Research feature enhancements and upgrades for future releases
- Create a Marketing Requirements Document (MRD)
- Create the product release plan
- Help to develop product roadmap and competitive positioning
Outbound Responsibilities (Communicate value)
- Manage product launch
- Support marketing with outbound marketing communication and PR
- Support sales with product training, demos, customer presentations, data sheets, competitive positioning
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in pharmaceutical sciences / veterinary medicine
- Proven experience in the marketing field ( 3-5 years of experience )
- Excellent command of the English Language Education
- Pharmacy graduate
