mselect is looking for a Project Management Administrator for an energy client in Baghdad. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or a similar role. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- The candidate is expected to be the focal point for all project management related matters and to be based in Baghdad
- The candidate will be reporting to the Managing Director of the business and will be required to follow up on project actions with the Ministry of Electricity, the National Investment Commission, the Ministry of Oil, and all other respective government and private authorities in Baghdad in relation to the assigned tasks
- The candidate will coordinate with the rest of the project team for all meetings in Baghdad to ensure meetings are conducted on time and support visa issuance and shipments logistics coordination with the logistics manager, translation of project documents as needed, project invoicing, project progress reports submittals and obtain approvals
- The candidate will also be responsible for keeping track of the critical project actions and make sure these actions are concluded satisfactorily
- Potential travel and stay in Basra or abroad as needed by the business
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of prior experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or a similar role
- Experience with project management software
- Experience with technical documentation, flowcharts, and schedules
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
