Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Building and Development:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with the Ministry of Health, the Residency Department, the Ministry of Interior, the Department of Labor, the local governments in Erbil and other governorates, border crossings, customs, airports, and the Investment Authority and Directorate
- Represent the company at various relevant events and conferences
- Build a wide network of relationships with government officials and key figures in the healthcare sector
- Reputation Management:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for managing the company's reputation
- Handle media crises and negative communications
- Monitor social and traditional media to identify trends and opinions about the company
- Marketing and Public Relations:
- Develop and implement marketing and public relations plans to enhance the company's image and brand
- Prepare promotional materials and press releases
- Organize events and conferences
- Prepare periodic reports on public relations activities
- Work Follow-up:
- Monitor the company's workflow and provide suggestions for performance improvement
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the achievement of the company's goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in public relations, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate relations, with a focus on the healthcare sector
- Fluency in Arabic, Kurdish, and English, both spoken and written
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Good knowledge of relevant government laws and regulations
