Job Purpose
The role of a receptionist is crucial in any organization. The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out
- Respond to all guest questions and requests
- Answer and forward phone calls
- Manage guest bookings and reservations
- Keep a tidy and orderly workspace
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a hotel as a receptionist or guest services position
- Language proficiency: English is a must
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and front office programs
- Professional attitude & appearance
- Ability to maintain positive, friendly, multitasker and work under pressure
