mselect is looking to hire a Recruitment Supervisor in the Erbil, Iraq Office. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Recruitment. Fluency in English is a must.
Job Purpose
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruitment Supervisor to join our Iraq team in Erbil office. This supervisory position entails managing a team of recruiters, driving business development, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across diverse sectors. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in client acquisition, role management, and the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment:
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients, fostering strong relationships and thoroughly understanding their recruitment needs
- Proactively source and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial engagement to onboarding
- Leverage your recruitment expertise to align client requirements with top-quality candidates
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Achieve or surpass individual and team billing and client satisfaction targets
- Maintain and expand a robust network of clients and candidates in assigned sectors
- Stay informed about market trends and recruitment best practices, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge
- Assign roles and responsibilities to recruiters, ensuring clarity and accountability
Supervise, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to ensure optimal workload distribution and high performance.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare comprehensive recruitment reports, detailing progress, placements, and team performance metrics
- Analyse data to identify trends, enhance processes, and predict future recruitment requirements
- Oversee the ongoing optimization of our Application Tracking System (ATS)
- Train team members to effectively use our ATS to streamline operations and boost productivity
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and allocate resources appropriately
- Design recruitment strategies and timelines to meet project deadlines efficiently
- Ensure adherence to recruitment best practices and compliance with relevant standards
- Continuously assess and refine recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Recruitment, with 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Proven track record in business development and client management
- Experience in managing teams
- Comprehensive experience in managing the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, excel in a fast-paced environment, and effectively manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with strong forecasting and planning capabilities
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
- Fluency in English is a must
