KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for our range of dairy products, including milk, cheese, yogurt, and more
- Identify and prospect new customers, including retailers, distributors, and food service establishments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to understand customer needs and preferences, and tailor sales strategies accordingly
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to secure long-term partnerships and maximize profitability
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven 8 to 10 years’ experience in sales roles within the dairy industry or related FMCG sector
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
