Job Summary
Drive sales revenue and market share growth by researching and identifying market opportunities, expanding the client base, and launching a full range of services in the assigned markets, ultimately enhancing profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, consulting, developing strategic proposals, managing client relationships, and closing deals
- Develop and manage the assigned market portfolio in alignment with the agreed-upon market development strategy and sales plan
- Coordinate with the direct manager to refine and align marketing strategies and tactics
- Sustain and expand business relationships with both existing and new clients
- Enhance service quality, drive business growth, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Regularly develop and maintain an accurate sales pipeline
- Evaluate risks and potential for business opportunities
- Oversee all ongoing projects to ensure adherence to contract terms and service delivery standards
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and profitability in alignment with the approved budget
- Lead the development and execution of effective strategies for managing and growing client accounts
- Strategically plan and prioritize sales activities and client engagements to maximize results
- Actively visit and engage with assigned accounts to secure new projects and opportunities
- Lead negotiations to secure favorable contract terms and conditions
- Maintain and drive continuous improvement and communicates customer’s needsinternally
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, developing a deep understanding of their needs
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, new products or services
- Coordinate with Pre-sales and Implementation teams to address and resolve client issues promptly
- Gather and report key information on customers, competitors, and market dynamics
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and pricing strategies, including discount schemes, to achieve business objectives
- Prepare and oversee the Sales Department budget and approve budget expenditures
- Address and resolve any complaints related to sales and service efficiently
- Plan and oversee staffing, training, and performance evaluations to enhance sales and service programs
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute advertising and promotional activities
- Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance visibility and network with industry professionals
- Set and drive the achievement of sales targets, ensuring the sales team meets or exceeds goals
- Maintain and enhance the organization’s reputation by continually improving performance and client satisfaction
- Create an environment of oriented trust, open communication, creativity, and teamwork to enhance team dynamics
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve high performance and meet business objectives
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure and achieve sales success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, and vendors
- Develop in-depth knowledge of business products and their value propositions to effectively communicate and sell them
Qualifications
- Education: CCE
- Experience: 7-10 years in a similar position
- Language: Native Arabic & English
- Computer Skills: MS Office Suite
