Job Objective
We are looking for a candidate who can support the Sales Manager in promoting and selling a range of Decorative products to new/existing/specified potential customers by utilizing company’s sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, DSO, and with the aim of increasing company’s market share and profitability in co-ordination with the assigned Distributor/ Dealers.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and align company’s Strategy in Iraq market in coordination with our disturber teams
- Expand and strengthen distribution network through structured follow up and mapping process to ensure good performance of the existing dealers and plan well the new openings
- Introduce, promote and sell Decorative products to allocated customers and geographical territories through regular visits to maintain good relationship and obtain market information and execute of marketing activities in line with company rules and regulations
- Follow-up on dealers and ensure that our shops reflecting the identity and distribution strategy by coordinating and monitoring closely with Dealers & counter salesmen to ensure the company’s products are used and to achieve sales budget.
- Building data base and good relations with target customers groups, interior designers, painters, contractors, and consultants
- Capitalize on multicolour concept to enforce company’s position as preferred partner in retail paint industry through best profitability and service
- Securing small/medium/large projects and utilize distribution network in the supplying process to awarded projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a proven sales track record
- Sales experience in the paints/chemicals industry is an advantage
- High interpersonal skills are required
- Effective communication skills and market knowledge
- English and Arabic are essential
- Kurdish is preferable.
- Willingness to travel domestically as per job needs
