KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set sales targets, motivate team members, and provide guidance to ensure goals are consistently met.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to executive leadership.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales department.
- Develop and manage the sales department budget to ensure financial targets are met.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, with minimum 5 years of experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of advertising, marketing and understanding of market trends.
- Results-oriented and strategic mindset.
