Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of organizational strategy to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Kuwait
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Understand customer needs and requirements to provide customized solutions
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
- Assign development programs for dealers and dealer teams
- Engage in the dealers’ daily activities
- Develop products and lead product development projects
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in Kuwait, minimum 2 years
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and articulate technical product specifications
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Valid driving license in Kuwait
- Proficiency in English
