MSELECT is hiring a Sales Representative for a construction client in Erbil. Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of industry experience in sales and must be fluent in Kurdish and Arabic and English is a plus.
Job Objective
A Sales Representative is responsible for serving customers by selling project units (real-estate) and meeting customer needs. Booking units as necessary to be purchased by costumers. Sales Representative will also plan and organize daily works and tasks as assigned by line manager. Unit indicates residential apartment, villa, offices, retails, and so on.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers
- Manage selling processes as needed
- Keep up to date with unit information’s and specifications
- Describe units features and benefits to costumers in an accurate and honest manner
- Present, promote and sell units using solid arguments, in a professional and convincing manner
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Accelerate the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule, ensure to accomplish targets and objectives set by line manager
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Follow all companies’ policies and procedures
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and showings
- Update property listings
- Draft and deliver documents
- Order supplies
- Be informative about the project and unit’s specification
- Get updates about project activities, on weekly basis
- Practicing standard etiquette, when dealing customers and presenting project
- Assisting customers to find the units they are looking for
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience in Sales
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Having a friendly and engaging personality
- Comfortable working with members of the public
- Should have a confident manner
- Must be helpful and polite
