mselect is looking to hire a Sales Representative for an architecture and engineering client in Erbil, Iraq. Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury interior design industry or related sectors. Fluency in English and Kurdish, proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential clients, including architects, designers, contractors, and real estate developers
  • Conduct on-site visits to client offices to introduce client’s interior products and design services
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and encouraging repeat business
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads and build connections
  • Organize and present product demonstrations, showcasing high-end furniture, tiles, lighting, and kitchen solutions
  • Work towards achieving sales targets, including new client acquisition and increasing sales volume
  • Collaborate with the design team to provide tailored solutions to clients based on their project needs
  • Coordinate exclusive client trips to Italy, providing an opportunity for clients to visit manufacturers and see products first-hand
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities in the luxury interior design industry

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury interior design industry or related sectors (furniture, tiles, lighting)
  • Established network within the architecture and interior design communities is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • A customer-focused attitude with a passion for building long-lasting relationships
  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently to meet clients and attend events
  • Fluent in English and Kurdish; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
