Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients, including architects, designers, contractors, and real estate developers
- Conduct on-site visits to client offices to introduce client’s interior products and design services
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and encouraging repeat business
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads and build connections
- Organize and present product demonstrations, showcasing high-end furniture, tiles, lighting, and kitchen solutions
- Work towards achieving sales targets, including new client acquisition and increasing sales volume
- Collaborate with the design team to provide tailored solutions to clients based on their project needs
- Coordinate exclusive client trips to Italy, providing an opportunity for clients to visit manufacturers and see products first-hand
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities in the luxury interior design industry
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury interior design industry or related sectors (furniture, tiles, lighting)
- Established network within the architecture and interior design communities is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- A customer-focused attitude with a passion for building long-lasting relationships
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently to meet clients and attend events
- Fluent in English and Kurdish; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
