Key Responsibilities
- Find potential customers and introduce our products to retailers, wholesalers, and relevant businesses in the area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients
- Meet sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge for effective communication
- Present products persuasively to potential clients, highlighting value
- Gather and relay client feedback to improve products
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth order processing
- Identify upselling/cross-selling chances to boost revenue
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a sales rep with FMCG companies
- Strong connections with large supermarkets
- Ability to market the company’s various food products
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Office applications (Excel and Outlook)
- Languages: Proficiency in Kurdish and Arabic are required
